The displaying of products and/or prices on this Site constitutes an invitation to treat only. No contract shall come into existence until we accept your order, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our absolute discretion. Any acceptance will be subject to these terms and conditions, to the entire exclusion of any others you may seek to impose. We reserve the right to change and/or withdraw any product displayed on this Site without notice at any time before your order is accepted.

8. Product information

Products displayed on this Site are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.

9. Pricing

The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in UK sterling. The prices include VAT at 20.0%, and are subject to change if the applicable rate of VAT changes before your order is accepted. Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing. VAT Deductions & Postage charges will be made at checkout where applicable.

We are unable to accept payment via cheque.

These options are based on working days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12.00 GMT midday on any working day will count the following day as day 1. Orders placed after 12.00 GMT midday on any given Friday will count the following Monday as day 1. Orders are dispatched & delivered on weekdays, excluding bank holidays.

AGC delivers to all areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland, all off-shore Islands and the Channel Islands.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, in addition to your statutory rights, if for any reason you would like to return a purchase to us, please refer to the returns policy and procedure set out below:

13. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a refund on any unworn, undamaged, unsoiled item in a saleable condition with all the labels still attached within 28 days of receipt of the item. If the item is being returned because it is unsuitable, the cost of postage when returning the item is to be paid by the customer.

We offer a refund on a faulty item within 30 days of the receipt of the item. If the item is being returned because it is faulty, the cost* of returning the item will be paid by Art Gallery Clothing Limited (*Reasonable cost, i.e. the maximum postage refund being the amount Art Gallery Clothing Limited charges for the item to be delivered online.) The postage cost refund is issued on receipt of the faulty item.

For EXCHANGES we ask that you place a new order for any new items that you require and return back to us any unwanted items for a refund**.

**We aim to issue refunds within 1-10 working days upon receipt of the returned item. The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.

**In busier times of the year refunds may take longer to issue.

We extend the returns period on any goods bought as gifts in November & December ’til the following January 31st.

If you wish to return any item, please advise us via email: returns@artgalleryclothing.co.uk with the details so we know to expect the item.

The item must then be returned using the RETURNS label sent with your order.

Undelivered parcels / orders due to unpaid custom fees may be destroyed by DHL & therefore will not be returned / received to issue a refund.

PLEASE EMAIL: returns@artgalleryclothing.co.uk to let us know to expect your parcel. Thank you.

We recommend returning the item via Royal Mail Recorded (1st or 2nd Class Signed For), Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar courier with insurance / tracking as we will not be able to refund any items lost in transit. Please retain your proof of postage as this lists your Tracking Number.

We will contact you via Email to confirm receipt of your return & the that the refund has been issued.

We reserve the right to send items back to you if they have been worn or soiled in any way. We also reserve the right to make a charge of £10 per item to cover the extra handling and postage costs we incur.

*Online discounts issued with orders via mail or Email can only be used at checkout on a new separate purchase.

Any online discount issued with an item returned for a full refund becomes void.

14. Goods not received

Claims in relation to items charged but not received should be made within 90 days of the statement charge.
